About this whisky
- Malt type: Single Malt
- Region: Scotland
A rather marvellous single cask bottling of well-aged single malt from the Glenfarclas Distillery, one of Speyside’s stalwarts of whisky-based brilliance. This one was distilled in 1977, filled into a fourth-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead, and then set aside to age for a massive 43 years! Eventually, it was bottled up at 43.1% ABV, with just 215 bottles produced, each with a snazzy, shiny presentation box.
