Glenfarclas Family Cask 152 Whisky Shop Dufftown 1971

Released as part of the `Family Cask` range exclusively for the Whisky Shop Dufftown. Bottled in February 2011, aromas of sticky marmalade, intense cassis and warm treacle captivate the nose. The palate meanwhile is creamy and warming, with notes of polished wood and a gentle peppery lift. The finish concludes with a brown sugared, raisined lingering warmth.
