A Highland single malt that was created to evoke the memories and flavours of wintertime. This 13-year-old whisky is initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Marsala casks, creating a whisky with a slightly peppery mouthfeel, leading to a burst of sweet, nutty flavours, cocoa powder, red peppers, toffee and sweet barley malt.
