A 2008 Glenrothes single malt from indie bottler North Star Spirits, matured in a first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead for 12 years, before being bottled in October 2020. Aromas of white pepper and buttery toast fill the nose, complemented by notes of boiled sweets, freshly-baked pastries and rich sherry on the palate.
