Hellyers Road 15 Year Old

A 15-year-old lightly peated Australian single malt from Hellyers Road that was matured in ex-bourbon casks, creating aromas of lemon and orange zest, soft peat smoke and pepper that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of ginger, vanilla, soft smoke, black pepper, lemon and orange that linger in the finish.
