The Helsinki Distilling Company became operational in 2014 as the first distillery in Helsinki for over a century. This expression is a 2-year-old Finnish rye spirit, bottled up at 49% ABV by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. It has an exciting aroma profile, including chocolate notes, with underlying peppery hints of rye grain and red chilli flakes. The palate reveals figs, fruitcake and spicy cloves.
