A 6-year-old rye whisky from Finland?s Helsinki Distilling Co., released by independent bottlers That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The nose is beautifully complex, suggesting notes of toasted bread, honey, dark chocolate and espresso coffee. On the palate, layers of caramel, liquorice and coca are complemented by hints of wood smoke. The production was limited to 330 bottles.
