Freya is the 3rd release of the highly successful Valhalla Collection from Highland Park, following on from Thor and Loki. An elegant whisky aged for 15 years in 100% ex-Bourbon cask, it carries notes of rum and raisins, fudge, apple pie, vanilla, white chocolate and cinnamon, backed up by gentle peat smoke.
