Highland Park 21 Year Old Old Particular 1999

From Douglas Laing`s Old Particular range comes this 21-year-old Highland Park single malt, drawn from one single refill barrel. The cask was filled in October 1999 and the whisky was bottled in December 2020 at 51.5% ABV. The nose presents intriguing aromas of leather, brown sugar and spices. The palate is multi-layered and complex, with hints of red fruits, cinnamon, honey and cacao nibs.
