Highland Park 26 Year Old Soren Solkaer

A limited-edition Highland Park released in partnership with renowned Danish photographer, Søren Solkær, to celebrate his career as a `visual storyteller`. Matured in combination of first-fill American oak sherry seasoned casks, first-fill Bourbon casks and refill casks. The resulting whisky reveals notes of cloves, cardamom and raisins, overlaid with a light heathery peat smoke.
