Highland Park is the most northerly single malt distillery in Scotland, situated in Kirkwall in the Orkney Islands. This 30-year-old release offers subtle aromas of coconut, bacon and dark toffee with additional toasty scents of apple crisp, dates and oak. The palate entry is rich and fresh; the midpalate features flavours of bacon fat, dark honey and caramel.
