Highland Park Vintage Collection 1978

This is 1978 release from the Highland Park Vintage Collection was originally launched as a travel retail exclusive. The nose suggests cooked fruits, oranges, jam, honey, dried fruits, figs, plums and spices. The palate has a waxy, creamy texture, including flavours of toffee, sherry wood, molasses, hints of coffee and milk chocolate. The finish is long, spicy and slightly astringent.
