Hinch 5 Year Old Double Wood

A five year old expression from Hinch Distillery, Double Wood gives a hint to its maturation in the name. The Irish whiskey is made from a blend of both grain and malt whiskeys, and it’s initially aged in bourbon casks with a 12 month finish in virgin American oak barrels. Forget double trouble, this double wood is double good. (Sorry.)
