From the Hinch distillery in Ballynahinch, Northern Ireland comes this tasty Single Pot Still whiskey! The addition of oats to mashbill means that there’s an underlying creaminess to the expression. The bulk is matured in bourbon casks, though a small portion spent its time sherry casks, so there’s a prickle of spice in there too.
