Holyrood Chocolate Malt New Make Spirit

This third release in Holyrood Distillery`s new-make spirit collection explores the effects of different types of malt on the spirit. Made with a combination of 90% distiller`s malt and 10% chocolate malt, it offers rich notes of dark fruits, coffee and – as expected – chocolate.
