Holyrood Made by Edinburgh New Make Spirit

Established in 2019, Holyrood is Edinburgh`s first single malt distillery in almost a century. Their Made by Edinburgh series is inspired by Edinburgh`s long history in brewing and distilling. It shows notes of caramelised nuts, chocolate, dark fruits and rich malt throughout the palate.
