Holyrood New Make Spirit – Crystal Malt

The Holyrood Distillery is showing off Edinburgh’s history as a brewing city through a series of new make spirits featuring brewing ingredients. For this particular expression, a portion of the distiller’s malt has been replaced with crystal malt, which is usually used to make beer, introducing some intriguing flavours to the spirit.
