That Boutique-y Whisky Company has independently bottled its seventh batch of Irish Single Malt #2! Though the distillery behind the whiskey remains undisclosed, the dram was aged for an impressive 29 years before being released, making for a hugely flavoursome and complex expression. Batch 7 is a release of only 418 bottles.
