Behold, batch four of Islay #1 from That Boutique-y Whisky Company! Once again, they’ve bottled up a mysterious whisky from the legendary Isle of Islay, and this time it’s a 10 year old expression. The coal miners on the label are getting close to digging up that giant bulb of garlic, which I’m sure they will be happy about. Garlic is delicious.
