This is release is from the second batch of rye whiskey produced by James E. Pepper and independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. On the nose, there are spices, caramel, herbal mints, strawberry jam, ginger, cinnamon, walnuts and quite a pepperish accent. The palate is slightly oaky, with some orange, pomegranate and rye bread covered with honey.
