Jericho – Classic Selection (The Lost Distillery Company)

A blended malt based on the research into the Jericho distillery by The Lost Distillery Company. They find out all they can about long-closed distilleries and use that information to try and create a representation of what the whisky could have tasted like – which is awesome, by the way. The Jericho distillery was producing whisky between 1824 and 1913, but its isolation eventually meant that it ended up closing.
