This is a 9-year-old high-rye bourbon from Knob Creek that was relaunched in 2021 with a new presentation and the return of the age statement. Copper to medium amber in colour, it is a bold balance of deep, pre-Prohibition-style bourbon with a robust oak taste, complemented with hints of smooth vanilla and layered caramel.
