A 2016 Lark Tasmanian single malt from indie bottler Berry Bros & Rudd, matured for four years in just three casks, before being bottled in 2021. Aromas of orange, lemon, apricot, peach, leather and tobacco fill the nose, complemented by notes of lychee, strawberry jam, ginger and hints of dried fruit throughout the palate.
