This Tasmanian single malt comes from the Lark Distillery. It was laid down in 2016 and bottled independently by Berry Bros. & Rudd. Citrus fruits abound on the nose, giving way to softer fruits, such as peach and apricot, plus aromas of leather and tobacco. The palate is powerful yet subtle, with notes of vanilla and spice from its hot climate maturation.
