Ledaig 21 Year Old Batch 11 TBWC

This is a smoky single malt from Tobermory, independently bottled under the Ledaig name by That Boutique-y Whisky Company after maturing for 21 years. The nose suggests smoked meats, white grapes and sea spray, followed by drying wood spice and salted caramel tart. On the palate, mature oak and new leather notes appear underneath the peat, toffee and roasted pineapple.
