A limited-edition Lowland single malt from Lindores Abbey, The Casks of Lindores Bourbon has been matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks for more than three years, creating a distinctively spicy, vanilla-forward character. Aromas of vanilla, vibrant fruit, peppery oak, buttery toast and citrus fill the nose, complemented by notes of green cooking apples, vanilla and spicy pepper throughout the palate.
