Longmorn 28 Years Old Mackillop’s Choice 1988

Distilled in October 1988 at the Longmorn distillery, this single malt was bottled at cask strength of 60.8% ABV for the Mackillop`s Choice series in September 2017. A big hit of oak emerges from the glass, with dark rye-like herbal and spicy notes, hints of pepper, wood shavings, vanilla and nutmeg. On the palate, the whisky opens with malt and rye-like spices, hints of treacle, raisins and some floral undertones.
