Macallan Fine and Rare 34 Year Old Cask 2875 1968

Macallan?s Fine and Rare Series was first introduced in 2002, designed to showcase the distillery?s best vintage single malts dating back as far as 1926. This limited-edition release was distilled in 1968 and matured for 34 years in a single hogshead. It suggests aromas of soft toffee, ripe apples, lime and hints of linseed oil. The palate is predominantly fruity, with a thin layer of vanilla on the finish. Only 109 bottles were produced.
