About this whisky
- Malt type: Single Cask
- Region: Speyside
This incredibly aged Macallan was distilled in 1950 and bottled in 2002, after spending 52 years in one single cask. On the nose, expect rich citrus fruits, peat smoke and a forward floral character, almost perfume to the fore. The palate is refreshingly lemony and peaty, with hints of spice and wood.
