Mackmyra Brukwhisky

This Swedish single malt whisky is based on bourbon cask matured spirit with some sherry casks and fresh Swedish oak in the mix. The nose is clean and fresh, with light notes of peat and juniper berries. Clear fruitiness with butterscotch, citrus and pear. There are also pronounced notes of liquorice and mint. The palate is fruity and slightly smoky, while the aftertaste carries some spiciness.
