Miltonduff 12 Year Old 2009 (cask 6342) – Infrequent Flyers (Alistair Walker)

This single cask, single malt Scotch whisky was distilled at Miltonduff in 2009 and aged for twelve years in a Sauternes hogshead. The character from this sweet French wine certainly shines through in this unusual, fruity Speysider, which Alistair Walker bottled up for its Infrequent Flyers range. With an outturn of only 304 bottles at 58.6% ABV, this is a full-flavoured dram indeed, and one well worth savouring if you’re a fan of interesting finishes!
