Named after Neachohain the Gaelic Queen of Spirits, Huntress is an organic single malt that was distilled in 2018 and bottled in 2022. The whisky is a result of Nc`Nean`s experiments with different types of yeast and the layers complexity that they bring to the final spirit. Flavours include tropical fruits and honey supported by a mineral background.
