New York Ragtime Rye Bottled in Bond

A young Ragtime Rye whiskey from New York Distilling Company that was bottled in bond after at least four years in oak casks. Aromas of dark fruits and maple syrup open on the nose, followed by white pepper, cola cubes and tart cherries. The palate offers notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and oak spice, developing hints of leather, jammy berries and creamy vanilla.
