A fruity, peppery variation of New York Distilling Company’s Ragtime Rye, Double Oak has spent an extra finishing period in ex-rye whiskey casks. The result is notes of vanilla, cracked black pepper, orange, cherry, green rye spice and fresh pine needles throughout the palate.
