Old Perth Vintage Collection 1996

For this limited-edition Old Perth Vintage Collection 1996, the Speyside distillery used single malts exclusively matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and all distilled in 1996. They have also used a small portion of single malt from Islay to create depth, balance and complexity. An exceptional dram, with layers of stewed fruits, spices and a smoky note on the finish.
