Oxford Artisan Whisky Co 3 Year Old Batch 1 TBWC

The very first batch of Oxford Artisan single grain English whisky, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. The whisky was given a finishing period in a Sauternes cask, imparting some vinous sweetness. The nose is distinctively fruity, with notes of pears, green banana and some linseed oil. The palate boasts sweet orchard fruits, toasted rye bread, linseed oil and herbal thyme.
