Check it out, it’s the Original blend from Pearse Lyons over in Dublin! The 5 Year Old marries both malt and grain whiskeys, aged exclusively in bourbon barrels. The malt whiskey in this blend is actually from the very stills that reside at Pearse Lyons Distillery at St. James, which is pretty cool.
