Peatside 7 Year Old 2011 – The Vatting (Murray McDavid) (2019 Release)

Now, we don’t know exactly where this 2019 release of Murray McDavid’s Peatside hails from, but we do know that the blended malt is made up of smoky single malt whiskies. The seven year old was first matured in a bourbon hogshead, before it was transferred to first fill Port barriques for a finishing period. Finally, it was bottled for The Vatting range by Murray McDavid at 50% ABV.
