Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength

Made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley Redbreast 12YO Cask Strength is then triple distilled in copper pot stills. Matured in a combination of Bourbon seasoned American Oak barrels and Oloroso Sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, this is a full flavoured Irish malt with big dried fruit, toasted nuts and caramel on the nose and palate. The finish is long and evolving with a hint of spice.
