Redbreast 1997 is a 22 year old Single Pot Still whiskey from Ireland. Bottled in 2021 at 55.9% this bottle will make a fine addition to any Ireland Single Pot Still whiskey lover. Please note that this Distillery Bottling is Oloroso seasoned Sherry butt Finish. It is also worth mentioning that this is uncolored, non-chillfiltered, cask strength, single cask whisky edition of Midleton (1975-). This is one of only 468 bottles ever produced. A fact, that makes this edition even more desirable.
