Redbreast 21 Year Old

The oldest ever expression from Redbreast. Produced using a mixture of malted and unmalted barley, the whiskey sees some time in ex-Oloroso Sherry barrels which contribute not only richness, but also complexity. The nose is a blend of a sweet malt, green apple and sweet mango with a hint of clove and toasted spice. The fruit really comes to the fore on the finish, which is long and satisfying.
