The Haven from Sailor’s Home is a single pot still Irish whiskey, made with malted and unmalted Irish barley and oats, which has matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon casks. Creamy and softly sweet, with a good helping of classic single pot still spiciness sneaking through too.
