That Boutique-y Whisky Company has independently bottled this Bavarian single malt from the Slyrs distillery and released it in September 2016. The nose boasts sliced apples, honey, freshly cut grass and a few hints of stone fruits. The palate has a distinctive caramel flavour, plus barley, chocolate digestives and lemongrass.
