Sonoma Distilling Co Rye

Old-school rye from Sonoma Country in California, the Sonoma Distilling Company’s rye whiskey is double distilled in handmade copper pot stills. This gives it extra weight and body that translates into punchy flavour after at least three years in oak. The mashbill is 80% unmalted Californian and Canadian rye, and 20% malted rye from the UK, giving it a hugely spicy backbone, and nutty and fruity top notes.
