A 2011-vintage Highland single malt from independent bottler South Star Spirits, made at a mystery distillery and matured in a small batch of casks for a decade. Aromas of dried oranges and tobacco fill the nose, complemented by notes of dark chocolates, roast hazelnuts, walnuts and sticky toffee throughout the palate.
