Speyburn 18 Year Old

This Speyside single malt was matured in American and Spanish oak casks for 18 years and displays a natural, dark golden colour. The nose is brimming with notes of toffee, almonds and tropical fruits, plus hints of caramelized apples give way to a very slight honeyed smokiness. The palate reveals creamy dark chocolate, toffee, a gently oak spiciness and a touch of citrus. The finish is slightly smoky, with a bittersweet edge.
