Spirit of Hven Stjerneborg

The Stjerneborg single malt from Sweden’s Spirit of Hven is made with a combination of 18 casks ? 12 of them held unpeated malt, while the remaining six held peated malt. The casks included red wine as well as sweet wine casks, making for a boldly flavoursome and fruit-forward expression from the small and inventive distillery.
