Springbank 12 Year Old Ageing Monography Samaroli 1976

A long discontinued and very rare release of Springbank 12 year old distilled in 1976 and bottled by Italian indie Samaroli. A nose of buttery pastry, dry smoke, old leather and baking spices leads into a palate of fresh orchard fruit and signature Springbank oiliness. The finish is warming with dancing ocean spray, spice, milk chocolate, peat smoke and barely there tropical fruits.
