Starward Projects – Ginger Beer Cask #6

Back for a sixth batch, it’s the glorious Starward Projects Ginger Beer Cask! What initially began as an experimental project has now become a beloved batched edition. This expression was matured in Apera fortified wine and red wine barrels, before being transferred to casks that previously held Starward’s own brewed ginger beer, where it was allowed to mingle with the warming spice until bottling in 2021.
