This is the seventh edition of the Danish distillery’s peated single malt, this time aged for six years in ex-bourbon casks, and it’s a wonderfully complex dram with notes of smoked chocolate, nougat, crème caramel, malt and vanilla. A limited edition that won’t be around for long.
